Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your lamp doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

What happens if my lamp arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will ship a replacement immediately.
